What happens after I purchase the service?
Once you complete the purchase, you will be taken to a page where you can fill in the details of how the video should be. You can give us free hands to make the video how we see is best, or give instructions on the editing style, script and more. You can attach videos you want us to use, or let us search for good footage on the internet.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
We do. We work with agencies and other clients ordering video ads constantly. We offer lower prices if the volume is high. Please contact us for details.
What if I don't like it? Can I get a refund?
For this reason we offer UNLIMITED revisions, meaning that we will keep working on the video until you are happy. We aim for 100% satisfaction.
Refunds can be issued if we haven't started working on your video yet. Please contact us asap, since often we start working on the orders within few hours. Once we've started working or have already completed the service, we can not issue refunds. But as mentioned, we offer free revisions so if you are not happy with the video at first, we can do needed changes until everything is perfect for you.Do you offer thumbnail with the video?
Yes, if you want it. We can provide you with a thumbnail of the video. Thumbnail is a picture from the video that is taken from a a good frame. We can customize the thumbnail, such as hide your logo or make it look overall cleaner.
Can I decide how the video is edited?
Yes, you can tell us your ideas. If you think your ideas are more than just basic editing, please contact us before placing an order. We might not be able to do complicated edits for the same price.
Can you add my logo into the ads?
Of course! We'll do it for free. Just send us your logo preferably as PNG file (transparent background). We'll add it as a watermark or just at the start/end of the video, as you wish.
Is the product footage copyright free?
It can only be copyright free if you own it, or have written permission to use it. Most footage is fine to be used as they are from dropshipping suppliers who want the products to be advertised. We don't use obviously copyrighted footage (such as from big brands), but can't guarantee anything. We are not responsible for any copyright issues, we simply edit videos. If you are worried, film your own content or get a permission.
Can I send my product to you for content creation?
No. We use existing footage from you or the product supplier (such as AliExpress sellers). We can look through the internet to find the best possible footage for your product. If there's no video footage available, we can edit the videos using product images only.
