  • How do I start using the theme?

    After purchasing, you can instantly download the theme file. Upload the it to Shopify (Admin Panel -> Online Store -> Themes -> Upload Theme). You'll get a license key that you can activate following a link in the purchase confirmation email.

    After this, you are ready to start modifying the theme to make it perfect for your brand. Simply click Customize, and settings are opened for you to start exploring. We have a Help Center with detailed instructions on how to use every single setting in the theme. You'll get access to this once purchasing.

  • Do you offer free updates?

    You'll receive free theme updates for the first year. After this, you can renew updates for another year at $39. However, you can keep using the latest version you had forever.

  • Can I use the theme on multiple stores?

    You need to have a license for each store you use our theme at. However, you can freely move the license between stores (if you close one, and open another one for example).

  • Do you have an affiliate program?

    We do. You can sign up here. Great method to make extra income is by adding the link to your Shopify site footer if you use our theme. For example "Shopify Theme By Nopsbit". Many business owners will spy on your store and click this link.

  • Are there any monthly fees?

    No. You can keep using our theme forever with just one-time payment. All the apps we have built in the theme are free for you to use. You'll receive updates for a whole year.

  • Do I need to know how to code?

    No. We have done all the hard work for you. You can easily customize your store without any coding skills using Shopify.

  • Can I use apps with Nopsbit theme?

    Sure. If the app does something to the theme, we can't guarantee it will work. Most will, but we recommend using our built-in features over apps if you can. Contact the app developers for more information integrating their apps with our theme.


  • What kind of services do you offer?

    We focus on building Shopify eCommerce sites and offering services related to them. We also work on other platforms such as WordPress & Magento.
    Most popular services we offer are: complete store setup, logo design, code customization, app integration, product research & import, copywriting, SEO, custom coded sites and more. 
    Outside of store setup related services, our ecommerce video ad editing service is also a popular service we offer.

  • Do you offer revisions?

    Yes. We'll keep working until you are 100% happy with your project. We like to think that we are very fair to our customers. Noticed some issue after accepting the delivery? Don't worry, we are happy to fix the issue.

  • Do you work on large projects?

    Yes, we do. Need a completely custom website or thousands of products imported? Contact us and let's talk more.

  • Do you do small tasks?

    Yes. Our smallest tasks starts at just $99 which could be simple theme setup, app integration, logo design etc. Even for this price, we offer premium support and results.

  • How long does projects take?

    Simple store setups, logo designs, app integrations are often ready in just 3 days (we work during weekends too).
    Larger projects such as custom websites can take weeks or months, depending on the complexity and revisions requested. Contact us for more detailed time estimate.

  • What if I don't like the service delivery? Can I get a refund?

    For this reason we offer UNLIMITED revisions, meaning that we will keep working on the video until you are happy. We aim for 100% satisfaction.
    Refunds can be issued if we haven't started working on your service yet. Please contact us asap, since often we start working on the orders within few hours. Once we've started working or have already completed the service, we can not issue refunds.
    But as mentioned, we offer free revisions so if you are not happy with the service delivery at first, we can do needed changes until everything is perfect for you.


  • How are the payments made?

    We use Stripe & PayPal for smaller projects. You can pay using any main credit card, or your PayPal account.
    For larger projects we use bank transfer or other requested payment methods.

  • Will I receive an invoice?

    Of course. You will receive an invoice usually instantly after completing the purchase. Need an updated invoice? Contact us.
    For larger projects we manually send you an invoice as agreed.

  • Do you have an affiliate program?
